What is an average day like for you? One to one training and group classes with free taster sessions and helping members.

Why did you pick your specialisms? I love training and I love being in a gym environment.
What has been your most rewarding experience as a PT? Seeing confidence grow in clients and forming personal friendships.
What is the biggest challenge for you as a PT? Keeping clients on track with their daily diets.
How do you stay motivated on a daily basis? I love training and that motivates me to train others.
How do you spend your spare time? I’m very creative so I love anything that can let me be as creative as I want, I have a daughter that I spend as much time with as possible.
What are your top tips to stay fit and healthy? Keep a food diary to track calories depending if you are trying to lose weight or if you are trying to put weight on.
